To request service, you may call Multicom at 314-969-9800, dial extension 911 to connect to our service department *, or you can get faster service by registering your service request on the web. Begin by selecting the Multicom division for your type of business. If none are applicable, you may choose “General” at the bottom. Once your service request has been entered, our system will automatically contact the service representative on duty who will call you back. Begin by choosing a Multicom division that services your industry… Marine Multicom Service is typically answered Monday through Friday during normal C.S.T. business hours, and our service operator can assist you in filling this web form. Depending upon availability, you will then be either called back or connected to a service technician. After hours, you will get a recorded message which, if your call is an emergency, will alert the technicians on duty.. By filling the ticket out first online, you bypass the extra time need to do it over the telephone. This online form is the fastest way to get a live technician working on your problem. Multicom tries to provide service over the telephone to solve your problem at no charge to you. Typically these are issues that can be solved by troubleshooting procedures or similar measures. Please be aware that not every issue may be solved with our free telephone support system. We may upgrade your service request to an onsite service call, or additional methods may be necessary for updates, changes, or repairs. We will make you aware, as upgraded service measures are charged at our normal service rates. However, the majority of the issues are solved with our troubleshooting procedures at no charge to you |
