First of all.. we are authorized dealers for everything that we sell, and we offer extraordinary warranties on the products we manufacture.

Multicom strives to provide emergency service within 24 hours of notification and we schedule non-emergency service calls at your convenience. Certain destinations may require slightly longer lead time due to travel time or restrictions. Multicom also has ongoing relationships with factory trained technicians in many parts of the world. We can be there fast when you need us most.
