Automated Auditioning Software

Auditioner from Multicom is the perfect software tool to effectively gather data and audition dozens, hundreds or thousands of people.

Auditioner will:

1. Gather up bio and personal information electronically and store it for easy retrieval.
2. Automatically take a still headshot and link it to the data for easy viewing
3. Record an audition tape electronically – either at each audition computer station, or in a central studio at your audition location.
4. Show sponsors logo(s) and information throughout the experience if you so desire.

Once your guest has completed their audition, their files will be safely stored on a server at the location. It can then be uploaded to a public or private website for viewing by others.

Printing: You have the option of printing the bio form and/or the headshot from each audition station, or from a central printer.

Uploading: All files are linked together and can be uploaded to a central file repository for access either by the general public via a branded retrieval site or by internal personal for review.

Auditioner is the perfect way to automate and speed up casting calls for reality shows, talent searches or any mass casting call - while also gathering data and expanding any brand awareness for sponsors. There is almost no limit to the amount of audition stations that you may set up, so even the most demanding and crowded casting call can be accomplished in a short amount of time.

During the data gathering portion, questions may be asked to automatically rule contestants in or out without offending them, while harvesting emails for the sponsor. The audition can also be emailed to friends of the person auditioning, again adding to the amount of emails that can be harvested or used for a branded emailing.

We offer two versions of the Auditioner. One that gathers personal information and records a video audition at each workstation, and one that separates the data gathering from the audition recording. If your audition is non directed or doesn’t interact with other people, then the all-in-one unit will keep your throughput the highest.

Version 1: Record Video at Each Workstation

With recording at each workstation, this version is ideal for when you need a large throughput, simple auditions, and no interaction with others. It automates the process of gathering your audition data and then shows a script for the auditioner to read from while recording a short video. The video automatically downloads to a central server for ease of data control. The person auditioning is given a printed card with the web address and identifying number for retrieving their audition from the web. Not only will this drive traffic to your client’s site, but they can email their audition to others to create a viral campaign and draw even more traffic.

Version 2: Central Video Recording with Remote Data Entry

Records personal data at workstations, and takes a still picture of the person who wishes to audition. If chosen, you can invite them into a central recording area where you can control and direct the audition, as well as have additional players or props to interact with other players, Each audition is digitally saved on a central server and merged with the personal data and still image as one file. It can then be uploaded to a private or public site for later viewing. It can also be used, like version one, as a traffic builder for a client's site. It has been used to audition privately for parts in television shows or entertainment broadcasting and music video announcer auditions.
